I have been buying the 365 Cats calendar by the same company for several years, and when I noticed this calendar I wondered why I should pay $4.00 more for it. When I looked into it, I found some good reasons, and I have since bought several more for gifts. These pages are a bit bigger, and the cat picture covers the ENTIRE page, which is, after all, why I buy the calendar. There is no narrative to interfere with having a nice BIG cat picture. On the other calendar you tear off a page every day, which leaves an unsightly ridge along the top of the calendar. These pages are not stuck together, and you just pull out yesterday’s page. I was never able to get the other calendar to sit upright, but this stand is easy to use and stable. A minor point but one that I appreciate is that the stand is a nice clear color rather than red plastic; it looks classier and does not clash with the interior decoration. So it this calendar worth the extra cost? Definitely, and I look forward to enjoying the lovely photos all year long.
